Welcome to The MindSet Effect

If, like me, you’ve ever been bullied, traumatized or abused, you’ll understand how it feels to be disempowered and unable to speak your truth. I have spent most of my life fighting the effects of feeling inadequate and unworthy, and over the last several years I’ve discovered the secret to unlocking The Mindset Effect – the key to turning those unhelpful thoughts and emotions into a powerful life transformation.

The strategies are simple.

Implementing them, however, forms a challenging, complex web of persistence, awareness and exploration.

The Mindset Effect shares practical information supported by accurate science. Our blog contains easy to understand articles about how your brain reacts to stress and trauma and other common life struggles. We provide you with pages filled with practical tips and strategies that you can begin to implement today. Stress, self-care, assertiveness, abuse, trauma, boundaries, goal-setting, mindfulness, brain science and many other areas are all covered.

If you’d like us to expand on a particular topic or to cover a more specific subject matter, then send us an email through our Contact Us page, and we’ll do our very best to accommodate your request.

Regardless of whether you are in the beginning stages of your transformation or you’re looking to take the next step, you are bound to find something here that will help you advance on your journey to wholeness.

Every mind and every body is different. And that means they need different things. That’s why, instead of telling you what to do, we’ll work with you to help you figure out what works for your mind and body.

On The Mindset Effect you’ll find access to:

  • Fact sheets
  • eBooks
  • eCourses
  • Blog Posts
  • Workshops
  • Individual coaching and support
  • Other great places to find amazing information

Since our site is brand new, you’ll find some of these pages still under construction. However, subscribing to receive our emails will mean that we can send you a notification direct to your inbox whenever we have some exciting new information to share!

Positivity Challenge – December 2015!

We’re revamping our Positivity Challenge and would love you to participate!

We all know that the daily grind in life can get you down. Getting through the day in a world where you’re expected to do it all and be everything for everyone can wear you out. Being around people who constantly complain can envelop you in an aura of negativity that prevents you from living life on your terms. It can be difficult to stay positive, which is why a little support from your friends can help.

The consistent use of simple strategies can literally transform your mindset into one of positivity and success in whatever arena you choose.

Which is the aim of this challenge! You’re invited to participate by following the simple instructions below.

Just complete the activities listed each day in the calendar below. To help support your progress in implementing positivity into your daily routine, we have created a closed Facebook group, where you can discuss successes and difficulties. You can find the group here …
